WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
- If you place your order from Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon (Spanish time), it will leave our facilities that same day. Deliveries and shipments are made every day of the week except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The departure date of our orders is made from Monday to Friday at 12:30 p.m.
- If you place your order later than the set time (12:00 noon), it will go out the next business day .
- If you place your order on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it will go out the next business day.
- If a shipping day is a local or national holiday, the shipment will be made the next business day.

TRANSPORTATION AGENCIES
At Molto Amore we work with several transport agencies and shipping methods to deliver your order in the most effective way: NACEX, CORREOS and DHL
AMOUNTS FOR FREE SHIPPING
- The amount of the orders with free shipping is the result once any discount code has been applied.
- Shipments to Peninsular Spain and Portugal (excludes Azores and Madeira) are made by NACEX. They are free for orders over € 35.
- Shipments to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are made by CORREOS (Certified Letter) and are free from € 40.
- Shipments to Italy are made by DHL (Global Post) and delivery is made by Poste Italiane. They are free from 40 Euros.
- Shipments to the United Kingdom are made by POST (Certified Letter) and are free from € 50.
- Shipments to France, the Republic of Ireland and Germany are made by DHL (Global Post) and are free from € 45.
- Shipments to the rest of Europe are made by POST (Certified Letter) or by DHL (Global Post) for countries within the European Union and are free from € 60.
- Shipments to the rest of the world are made by CORREOS (Certified Letter) and are free from € 70. There are excluded areas following the policies of the Spanish Post Office.
- We use DHL Express for express delivery to most countries in the world. This method is always paid. There are excluded areas following DHL policies.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY
While we work very carefully to ensure that orders arrive promptly throughout the year, the workload during the periods of Black Friday, Christmas and Summer Sale could slightly affect delivery times. If this eventuality occurs, we promise to promptly inform users.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Deadlines : From the date of receipt of the product there is a maximum period of 14 days to return or exchange it.
Procedure : To process an exchange or a return, contact us so that we can explain how to do it. You must send us an email to moltoamoreco@gmail.com clearly indicating:
- Your name and surname as they appear in the order
- Your order number (which you can find on the delivery note and order confirmation)
- The item (or items) subject to the process, of which we kindly ask you to send us an illustrative photo
- What solution do you propose?
Return method : The return must be made through the Post Office, with the Ordinary Letter method. Ask for a receipt of the amount paid at the Post Office where you make the shipment, in case the refund of said amount proceeds. To prepare a return, please use the original box so that the item arrives protected. Include the original delivery note, if you keep it, and a note with the same information that you previously sent us by email to request the return / exchange. You can also send us an email indicating that you have made the shipment and send us a copy of the receipt of the postal expenses that you have paid. Once your shipment has been reviewed, we will proceed, as soon as possible, to solve your request.
Return for defective or erroneous product : If the return is due to a defect in the item received or because you have received a wrong product, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible, indicating the incidence. In this case we will bear the costs of return and new shipment.
Return for withdrawal (you do not like your purchase) : Any product can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, unless it has been used. There is no need to explain the reason for the return. In any case, you have to first request the return, accompany your return with the proof of purchase and everything you received (bag, boxes, etc.) and return the product in perfect condition. Products that have been used or manipulated will not be accepted. In this case, you will have to take care of the return costs and the initial shipping costs (those that occurred when we sent your order).
Refunds : The authorized refund of an amount will be made by bank transfer, return to the same bank card used for the purchase transaction, or Paypal, once the item has been received and its status checked. Keep in mind that, due to banking operations, the refunded balance could take between 1 week and 10 days from when we carry out a refund transaction.
Exchange policy : An exchange may be made: for the same product, for a higher amount paying the difference, or for a lower amount receiving the corresponding refund once we receive the product.
Re-dispatch costs : Orders that cannot reach their destination due to a) incorrect address b) not picked up or refused, are returned to our warehouse by the corresponding transport agency. So that we can make a new shipment, you must pay again the shipping and / or return costs derived. Please contact us to try to fix the incident.
APPLICABLE TAXES AND CUSTOMS
The price of the marketed products is indicated in the descriptive sheet of each one of them on our website and includes the Value Added Tax (VAT) of Spain. All prices are shown in Euros, or its equivalent in the currency chosen for the transaction. For shipments to countries outside the European Union, they may have some type of customs tax, which will depend on the geographical area and the customs procedures in force in each country. Molto Amore is in no way responsible for these possible additional charges.
