Shipping and returns policies

Return period: From the date of receipt of the product there is a maximum period of7 daysto return it.

You should contact us via email, communicating your intention to effect the return. We will tell you to which postal address you should send the item you want to return. Return costs are borne by the customer (unless the product comes with a defect).


Return method: The return will be made by post, through ordinary letter from the customer. Once the content is reviewed, the problem will be solved.


Default return: If the return of the products is due to a defect in the item received or due to wrong product, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of receipt, at the following email address: indicating the incidence and your personal data. The return will be made by bank transfer/return / paypal to card as soon as possible after receiving the item. Molto Amore is responsible for return and new shipping costs.


Refund before the refund deadline: Any product can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order. The customer in this case bears the costs of return.


Return of the order for absence of the customer or address provided incorrectly: We will not bear the shipping costs of an order returned to our office. If the customer has been absent during the time of collection of the shipment we are not responsible (the delivery company passes several times by the address). In this case the customer must correct the wrong address and bear the shipping costs of the package again. If the customer wishes to cancel the product after it has been returned for this reason, only the amount of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping and cancellation charges.

The cancellation fees are set at 3,50€. They will also be discounted EUR 2.5 per product buy.

In any case of Return other than for an explicit defect of the product, if the refund is made, the initial shipping costs will be deducted.

If the order has not been shipped within 90 days, the full amount of the product will be automatically refunded.

We will only accept returns sent by a system that certifies delivery (certified or with acknowledgement of receipt). We will not be responsible for lost, delayed or misdirected shipments of any product you wish to return to us. We will not accept returns sent at due postage.

* Much Loveit reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the specified time limit, items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that do not meet the conditions indicated above.

For hygiene reasons,earrings will not be returned if they have been worn.



Molto Amore is an intermediary and distributor, not a manufacturer, of the products it offers and sells through its website. For this reason, the delivery times are not fixed as once the purchase order is sent to the manufacturer, it takes about 3-5 days until the manufacturer has the item ready and another 2-3 days until it is filed, sorted and sent to the final customer.

Delivery times are set at15 to 20 working days to the European Union (we usually take less than 14 working days). However, if Molto Amore exceeds in 90 calendar days the provision of the paid product to the user,the user can exercise your right to immediate reimbursement. Molto Amore is responsible for these delays of more than 90 days in the delivery times, and undertakes to reimburse, from the last day of this period, the total amount of the delayed order.

For shipments outside the European Union we usually do not provide tracking if the shipment has been made as standard, and it will take 30 to 120 days since the order is made.



In the orders to the peninsula will be provided a tracking number, which can be consulted at the time of being sent by NACEX in the customer's personal account.
Orders to The Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and orders to the European Unionitit will provide a tracking number, which can be consulted at the time of being sent by mail to the customer's personal account.
Orders to these countries go through Correos Spain, which have agreements with local delivery services.
Orders placed in the European Union will be made by DHL or by Post Spain.
Orders placed outside the European Union will go through the local courier service if applicable.



The price of the products marketed is indicated next to the description of each of them and includes Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated.



If the customer provides an incorrect address, they will have to pay back the shipping costs plus a re-shipment charge (4,90€ in total) to receive the order.



After 15 days, if the order had not been collected, it would be returned to our offices. To make a new shipment would have to pay again the shipping costs and the related return.



If you receive a defective product, please send us images that clearly show the defect so we can verify it and give you a solution.


If you receive your order incorrectly send us an image where you appreciate everything you have received with their respective references on the box and we will give you a solution once verified the content.
